Brunch at 12 noon- $25
Presentation at 1:30 pm - $15
This presentation will lay out a detailed plan for changing our political
landscape to a place that is receptive to solving the problems which
threaten to take us, our country, and our planet down into further
degradation, regardless of which party is in power. Drawing on the
inherent wisdom of our nation’s founders in creating an open-ended
understanding of the “domestic-violence clause,” Michael
will offer an impressive case for the practical list of “to
do's” he suggests can contribute to enforcing the protections
embodied in this founding document.
Michael Diamond has wide experience in the private and public practice
of law in NJ. He also worked for the NJ Department of Environmental
Protection, where he served as head of its Environmental Enforcement
Division. For over 20 years he has tracked the deadly toxins and poisons
entering the air, soil, foods and water. For this same period he has
been studying, writing and lecturing about the inherent power citizens
have within the “domestic-violence clause” in Article
IV of the U.S. Constitution; this clause gives citizens the right
to protect themselves against the unscrupulous crimes being committed
against them and their progeny without their consent. www.domesticviolenceclause.org.
