Edible Jersey magazine explores Genesis Farm's work over the past 30 years in the Earth Literacy and Transition movements.

“The whole point of what we’re trying to do here is, we’re ordinary people waking up to a planet in crisis,” Miriam MacGillis, director of Genesis Farm, says. “What can we and other ordinary people do to try to understand what’s going on? And to try to change it?"

Writer Jared Flesher sat down with Miriam MacGillis last year and explored the work done at Genesis Farm over the past 30 years. His report was published in the spring 2011 Edible Jersey magazine.
