Register for Programs

There are three ways to register:

  2. Mail registration form (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader) with check, money order, or MasterCard/Visa/Discover payment to:

Registration is complete only when payment is received.
For programs under $100, please pay the full amount at registration.
For programs over $100, we request a deposit of 50% of the program fee at registration. The balance is due two weeks prior to the program start date.

We suggest that you register as early as possible, as space is limited.

Refunds
. If it is necessary for you to cancel, deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee up to two weeks prior to the event. Please let us know if you need to cancel as soon as possible, so that someone else may take you place. 

Credit. Non-refundable credit toward a future program (less a $25 processing fee) is available if you give notice of cancellation within two weeks prior to an event. Credit may be applied to any Genesis Farm program for one year following date of issue.

Program cancellations. Genesis Farm may occasionally need to cancel a program when there is an insufficient number of registrants or for other reasons beyond our control. If we need to cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.

Scholarships. Some scholarships or work study may be available in some circumstances. Please contact us.
