- Since 1988, the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm has provided an opportunity for a community of people to take responsibilty for supporting a farm. While sharing the abundance and the costs of cultivating our food in a healthy way, we are also increasing the fertility of the soil and enhancing the quality of our relationships to the land and to each other.
- Foodshed Alliance
- The Foodshed Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit devoted to promoting locally grown food and farming. We work with farmers, community members, and agricultural leaders to develop projects that foster the growth of a sustainable local food system. We focus on raising public awareness about the value of local foods and on helping farmers find more profitable and sustainable ways to grow and market.
